Agnes lives within the headquarters of dauntless. She is a well respected member and she has earned her role there. Agnes began knowing Four when she was 14 and he was 16 (the age where he came to dauntless). Both Agnes and Tobias are both competitive and they don't respond well to failure or knowing anyone else is better than them. They both have fought for their roles and Four has now made it to one of the factions top initiates. He came top on every ranking there was for his age group ever since he chose dauntless. His experience of training in the faction lead him to a training position. Agnes has learned pretty much everything she knows from him. From the day he first sat his foot in here he would make sure to protect and give her all of his skills. They have a complicated relationship as they are not "friendly" but friends but they are also not "enemies" but not allies.

This story first takes place when Agnes has her choosing ceremony and she comes back to her beloved faction where she grew up. Mind you I've decided to make the age when you have your ceremony a few years later then in the films. That's just because I want their storyline to make sense.
