Midoriya, like in many other books, gets a 'quirk'! The gojo clan's prized possession: Limitless.
Though, unlike many other books, Midoriya won't be overpowered.... Yet. (probably will be by end of season 2) 

Don't worry, deku will have his moment to tweak before he becomes untouchable. While his personality slowly morphs into gojo, though he will definately be Midoriya (that definately makes sense). Well, till season 3.

Oh yeah, and if you clicked on this thing, of course there is other characters from JJK.

Though, Cursed Techniques will be... A tad different here. 

And cursed spirits will be... Slightly tweaked.

Then out of the blue, he gained a quirk. His quirk is called "Emotional Damage". It isn't as bad as it sounds. It just means that when someone is faced with torture or something similar to it you will gain a quirk. It's pretty rare so he doesn't use it much. This quirk allows the owner to have a certain thing happen to him based on his emotions. Deku had gone through a Femboy phase so he just goes with it now, no matter what people say or think and somehow got a harem along the way. He has grown mentally and physically tough so it's hard to get to his heart. Will his harem the consist of his classmates be able to break down the layers to this badass femboy's heart or not.
