"What?" I gasped shocked at the words of the social services officer.
"Yes sweetie, your brothers have agreed to take you in. Your eldest brother Giovanni de Luca will be your legal guardian." She smiled softly at me.
I remember everything about my brother's. I used to live with them till I was 5. Mom and dad got divorced and they just abandoned me with my mother. It is sad. I know. You might think I have one or two, but no I have 8 older brothers. Too many right?
I am happy that they took me in ( kinda). I want to have peace in my life for once. I want to be loved. I hope they are good and actually want me. I have always been told by mom that they don't want me and that is the reason we live alone.
She was a shitty mom to be honest and cherry on the top was her husband, Troy, my tormentor and abuser. They both made my life a living hell. I have no happy memories with them, only bad like extremely bad ones.
This story is about 15 year old Isabella who has had a bad life after she was taken from her family by her mom. After her mom's death she is sent back to live with her brothers.
