This story revolves around a family that moves a lot because of the father's job. The Carters moved from Denver, CO, a population of an average of 734,000 people, to a much smaller town called Silverton, with a population of 620. The two children of Waylen and Andrea Carter, Brynnlee and Brandyn battle struggles of adapting to their new lives. Along with them, the couple also faces problems of Andrea's past. The secrecy between the family can either make or break them once Brynnlee finds out something deep, and winter break just confirms it.
