Sara Sousa was an excellent student! Well, that is until she started 5th grade, where everything spiralled down in what felt like seconds.

Sara couldn't handle this drastic change in her life, and decided she'll write about it in a notebook she stole from her father's study.

During 5th grade, Sara learned how most bright students like her experience their downfall whenever they make these massive changes, but they slowly build back up.

They'd most likely not end up as fantastic as they used to be, but it was enough.

And so Sara would write down her journey into slowly rebuilding herself and adapt to 5th grade.

But what she didn't expect to be writing down in her diary were stories. Not just any type of stories: school drama stories.

She wrote down about evil teachers, mean classmates, rude janitors, hateful lunch ladies...
