"Mujhe yeh khat dene ki himmat kaise hui aapki? Kya socha tha, yeh kitaab aur yeh ghatiya khat de kar, mein bhi un third-class larkiyon ki tarah aapke agay peechay phirna shuru kar dungi?" My voice was sharp, slicing through the murmur of the café. Every eye was on us, the room heavy with tension, the students frozen in their seats, staring at us in shock.

He smirked, an arrogant curl of his lips. "Iske liye mujhe tumhe yeh khat ya kitaab dene ki zaroorat nahi thi. Tum toh pehlay he meray intezar mein khari hoti ho." His words dripped with disdain, and something inside me snapped.

Before I could think, my hand lashed out, the sound of the slap echoing in the silent café. His head jerked to the side from the impact, and a collective gasp rippled through the crowd.

Shehreyar slowly raised a hand to his reddening cheek, his eyes narrowing into a cold, hard glare as he turned back to face me.

"Yeh thapar tumhe bohot mehnga parega, Momal Ibrahim," he hissed, his voice low and menacing.
