Finnick "Finn" Flitzherbert and Eleonora "Nora" Fitzherbert are the children of Queen Rapunzel and King Eugene Flitzherbert of Corona. The twins are 12 minutes apart while they have an 8 year age gap with their younger brother, Ezekiel Flitzherbert. 

The twins grew up well-mannered and respectful to the people around them. The King and Queen of Corona wanted their children to grow up as humble, well-manner, and kind children. The King and Queen of Corona were great friends with King Adam and Queen Belle of Auradon so their children were appointed and trained as the future royal advisors for the next in line for the throne of Auradon.

This made their children, Ben, Finn, and Nova have a close friendship. They did everything together and knew things about each other that no one knows.
