       It had been three years since the Battle of Fire and Ice. Even though Crystal's island was a distance from Berk, every villager knew about the great fight. It was just an ordinary day on Crystal's island when her village was attacked by a dragon. This dragon, an evolved form of the Night Fury known as the Winter Fury took Crystal hostage. Things take an interesting turn when Adira and Melanite stumble upon the cave where Crystal is kept...

       When Crystal arrives on Berk she and Adira start an instant connection. But upon the return of Blizzard, Adira becomes distant, severing her relationships with almost everyone.
