Charlotte Winnipeg, Better known as Charli, is a Senior in high school. She also is the captin of wresling (guys team) and a swimmer champion. She has a lesbian sister (Britney) who is adopted into the family and the same age as her (17). Britney's best friend's name is Caleb Matthews, the hottie at school. But he has also been there neighbor for the past 15 years. When Charli's parents move to Paris for business, and they are left to live in and apartment, Caleb decided to move in because of problems at home. The house is way to rowdy for an apartment!
