So, I don't like giving away the plot in my descriptions, but I'll give a general idea for the theme and then some warnings.

For starters, this'll definitely be a hurt/comfort book, but there will be comfort, I promise. I don't know exactly where I'll go with the plot, but I have a general idea, so if you have something to add, feel free to message me. If this book takes off, I do have some other ideas that I might pitch to y'all.

This is a fated mates story, which I love, so don't worry about that. I despise rejection stories. However, I am religious, so I won't be mentioning the "moon goddess," It'll just be implied that mates are an innate part of life. I also won't be doing any smut, though there will be a lot of abuse, gore, and dark themes.

Please correct my grammar, but if you see someone already has, don't clog up the comments reminding me again and again.

None of this is based on real events, though I won't lie and say there aren't any real people who inspired characters. I also drew some inspiration from roleplay and other books and writing styles.
