There are 200 parts, which means there is a lot to catch up on. At the age of eight Luke was diagnosed with a heart disease. After being sentenced to staying in bed, he picks up a hobby, reading. His favorite book was The Beginning After the End, and his favorite character was Arthur Leywin. Little did Luke know that one day he would end up in this world, after a failure in surgery. With his knowledge of the world that Arthur Leywin lives in, can he change things for the better, or will he just make everything worse.
