Life is quiet in Questers' Valley, even for Zack Farron, who spends his free time exploring the local mines with his dog.

But everything changes when they uncover an ancient training system deep below the tunnels. This system grants quests and skills to its users, urging them to improve themselves and their surroundings. Zack's dog also starts exhibiting strange new abilities, hinting that he might have a system of his own.

Meanwhile, a powerful elven corporation has set its sights on the valley, aiming to build a mana reactor in the center of town. Not only would this reactor threaten their valley, but it could strip them of their new powers, and destroy their way of life.

Will Zack and his dog venture deeper into the mountain, or use their new skills to save their town? Join the quest in Questers' Valley, a cozy litRPG adventure.

20 parts Complete Mature
AVAILABLE ON AMAZON & KINDLE On the planet Keodis, upon the western continent, Uestron, inside the Raesifiin Empire, in the small naval city of Cyripo, the story begins when thirteen diverse strangers answer a strange pamphlet to a quest. The quest is to find a powerful gem in the Deep Forest, and then to use what powers it bestowed on them to delve into the Mountain Barrier. There, they will have to find the Light to dispel the growing Darkness within. Though this qest is honorable and righteous, the dangers that await them are exponentially worse than they could ever imagine. Whether they can save the world depends on whether they can survive themselves. Mature rating for blood, gore and depictions of violence. TW: mentions of drunkards and beer, mention of physical abuses, a description of trypophobia, claustrophobia, and other phobias, and descriptions of nasty cryptids. There is no depictions or allusions of sex, no f-bombs, or drug abuse. This story was started when I was in seventh grade. I finished the original when I was a senior in high school. Displeased with the finished product, I began to rewrite it here, starting June 2015, then again in 2020. I am quite satisfied with the result, and am sure this will be the final edition. This isn't the first book of the series, but there's no spoilers for 'The World is Larger than it Seems', so you can start on this one. The story is far from finished, however, and I hope to eventually finish the series.
