Y/n Ramos, a childhood friend of the Sturniolo triplets finally moves back to the U.S. after years of living away. Y/n and her younger sister, Mary, don't really remember the triplets, they just know that they used to be friends because of their mothers, who have been best friends since high school, and even living far away, they never lost contact with eachother.

Y/n and Mary usually called Mary-Lou, she's like a second mother to them, but they never really felt the need to speak to the three brothers, only if their mother forced the girls to wish them happy birthday, happy christmas and happy new year.
