Digimon Adventure: The Shy Soul

A shy teenager grew up with Taichi Kamiya, but they slowly grew apart when they were 11. The reason Tai leaves behind Momoko is that he spends more time with his other friends and trying to save the world from the evil Digimon. She became distant after Tai eventually forgot about her, but she has not forgotten about him. She does greet Kari and his mother and father when she comes by to bring her aunty's homemade cookies or apple pie.

One day at the High School, when she stayed behind to clean up the computer room she saw a computer screen turned on, and all she remembered was the sound of static and someone apologizing to her.
