"Megumi-!!!"
A grating voice reached his ears, causing his eyebrows to unintentionally furrow as he approached his house. Ripped from his thoughts, he took in the familiar surroundings. Everything was normal, besides the old car in front of the house next to his, which he learned had recently been sold. Has somebody moved into it so soon? He shook his head, opting to face the voice of his brother instead of thinking further about the status of the neighboring house.
"What do you want?" Satoru normally would be inside when he arrived from school, too busy playing some sort of video game to greet him. Megumi preferred it this way.
"We should go welcome our new neighbors!" Satoru's bright eyes were piercing without his sunglasses on, his signature look resting on his head.
"I didn't know people would be moving in so quickly..."
"Yeah, me neither, but they're here now so we may as well. Best to start off on the right foot, yeah?"

"Megumi, you're bleeding again," you say as you quickly rush to Megumi's side. You grab his face to try and get a better look at the cut on his forehead, but he slaps your hand away. "It's fine Y/N. Stop being so concerned about me," Megumi says as he stubbornly shoves his hands in his pockets and tries to walk away from you. Megumi always tried to take care of himself, even when he knows he could use help. It pisses you off. This time however, you grab Megumi's arm to slow him down before pushing him against the brick wall to your right. You slam your hand on the wall to keep him trapped in place. Megumi's bright blue eyes stare at you in shock as you glare at him. You quickly realize that you pulled a reverse kabedon, but you maintain your composure. Megumi opens his mouth to say something but you speak up first. "Idiot, you're always getting into fights.
