In the quaint yet conservative Wickford Village, Tovi and her best friends Scarlett, Ryker, Axel, and Riff have always been outsiders. In their mid-20s, this tight-knit group, bound by friendship and their shared passion for heavy rock, has been playing together since their teenage years. Their love for music, often labeled as the devil's music in their small town, has kept them apart from their peers.

She offers them the fame they crave in exchange for a peculiar deal: twice a month for the next ten years, they must make a special delivery.
