Reincarnation was thought to be impossible by many religious humans in the whole of mankind.

Our protagonist thought so too, despite her fervor in reading stories and novels which highlighted in the possibility of reincarnation.

I mean, who wouldn't want to live again after dying? To receive a second chance in life?

No one could expect her death. Death was unpredictable just as life was like a gamble. Your first life is like the first step of a toddler who still sucked on its fingers.

Your second is your responsibility - she decided.

It's your responsibility now to live the second life you were given no matter the circumstances now that you were aware of it.

Haine wasn't certain if there were others like her who retained their previous life's memory. But she couldn't worry about that. Not yet anyway.

Because she was thrown into a world where your survival was your topmost priority. Where breathing out fire and walking in water was a daily occurrence.

When you die, is it eternal sleep that awaits you? Maybe you'll go to heaven or hell and spend the rest of eternity there. Or, just maybe, you'll get... reincarnated. That's what happened to me. I was pushed into another world by a seriously misinformed sphere of light. But I didn't reincarnate as a human. Maybe a lizard? Lizards are cool... I'd like to be a lizard. But no. I was reborn as something much more powerful, much more sinister and frightening. My birth changed the world. "Five days of disaster shook the world. Floods, wildfires, earthquakes, tornadoes, and storms covering the sky in lightning. On the sixth day, a eerie silence followed. As the full moon graced the sky, an intense wave of energy like nothing ever felt before by the creatures of the world swept over the land. The moon shined blood red, turning the sky into an ominous crimson. The nine bijuus perked up inside their jinchuuriki. They knew what was happening. They felt it, in the depths of their souls. This was the birth of a tailed beast." _______________ DISCLAIMER I do not own Naruto (I WISH), I only own my oc and the concept/eventual changes in the storyline. Sakura was on the very same bench Sasuke has left her. Crying with such sorrowful tears that it quickly saddened her surroundings. She was crying for her teammate, the very teammate now considered as a S-rank criminal. Sasuke Uchiha. She hated the name to be mentioned by her friends even it was only to reminisce those fun times they had together. "Why?" she cried. "Why did I have to be on love with someone like Sasuke-kun?" she complained bitterly. "If only." "If only I had one last chance." "Another chance to restart my life." "Even though, this would change my future, it's fin with me." "I just needed a second chance." Before she knew it, she was somewhere where no darkness existed, only light. "Where am I?" she wondered. "I will not tell you where you are," said a voice that felt like as soft as cotton and as elegant as ballet dancer dancing the most beautiful way. "Why am I here for?" asked Sakura. " You are here because of what you pleaded for," the voice said. "Your second chance." "My second chance?" "Yes, but you have to risk something." the voice said in a serous tone. " Your memory." "My memory?" said Sakura worriedly. She greatly cherished her memories, especially the fun times she had with her friends. " Yes, that will be the only sacrifice to get your second chance," replied the voice. Sakura was determined to get a second chance. " Alright, I accept." "Your second chance is granted." Then, another blinding light came to Sakura. Her recent memories were erased. Her second chance has become a reality . Will she be truly be happen this time? Sakura was tired. So very tired. And it's not even the type of tired you feel after a sleepless night. Or the type you feel after exercising. It's a deep rooted tired, that you feel in the very depths of your soul. That makes the seconds feel like minutes, the minutes feel like hours, the hours feel like days, and days feel like months. It's a type of tired that makes you wonder why you're still here. And the reason for this tiredness, is that Sakura simply cannot die. Well, she can die, but when she does, her life simply starts over. In her first life, she was a hopeless romantic, fallen head over heels for a certain Uchiha. In her second life, she was a confused scholar, searching for the reason of her rebirth. In her third life, she was a careless daredevil, showing no regard for her life. In her fourth life, she was moody, getting sick of this game. In her fifth life, she gave up hope, knowing that the process would always repeat itself. In her sixth life, she took a blade to herself, hoping to move on. She didn't. In her seventh life, she was a killer, a merciless assassin. In her eighth life, she was a traveler, searching the world for an answer. In her ninth life, she became a leader, her name known far and wide. In her tenth life, she was a civilian, a small, little nobody. Now her thirty third life has come to an end (she was a genius musician in this one), and something goes wrong in the rebirth process. To put it simply, the gods screwed up. They were careless with an especially important soul-an immortal soul. A soul that belonged to a person rebirthed so many times that her soul carried so much wisdom and knowledge that it needed special handling. In the end, they accidentally put her soul into another body. A body that was already occupied. A body belonging to none other than Madara Uchiha. *#1 in the madasaku tag, March 19, 2019!* *#2 in the narutofanfiction tag, May 23, 2019*

"The world is grey, it's simple, nothing can be trusted. For a child like me, who can I trust in this place with everything trying to take my life? That grey tree, it could fall on me, this grey building I hide in, it could collapse on me. Nothing is bright because everything is grey. People are the greyest of them all. That's how life is when no one can show you color. The two lifeless bodies who once shown brightly to me, they too are now grey. The two who showed me the world with colorful books are now cold and lifeless, blending with the grey. I too, would be joining them, eventually that is. I, who was never colorful, will be going to where color shall show. At least, that's what I hoped for. I saw the colors of the sky, but it was all a ruse of false hope. The world was grey again, and I was stuck drowning in it once again." When a child turns into a girl, the colors show. All it took was being happy with life and enjoying what you had. That was something a child couldn't understand like a girl could. When one who has had nothing gains something, they understand. A girl who lost her two colors in the world, understood why color existed. It wasn't because the world is out for you at all times. It's because the one who is most untrustworthy is yourself. The girl learned after she gained her colors. She couldn't see her colors because she couldn't understand what she was missing. It's not that she was missing anything, it was that she was always concerned about what she was missing. In other words, you can only see color if you can gather the courage to stop doubting why you exist. That's exactly what the girl learned after so long. Years of her own self-loathing curiosity were only holding her back. A child who couldn't understand what anything meant, now a girl who can forget that and start living her own life with her own choices. That's the life of Rizuka Kyoyin, the Sightless Silver. {Mary Sue Warning} ~Book One of the Silver Series~ -Love Kimi

"Even if we don't do this, there will be nothing left for us here. Do you think we'll be able to survive the aftermath of this war?" A second chance--it's what he suggested. A chance to prevent anything from happening. A chance to save everyone. "If all these things had already occurred, then what was his purpose of going back?" He would be the guide. "I'm your new sensei." She would be the strength. "You're Naruto Uzumaki." "Y-yeah, well, come in.." He would be the glue. "I forgive you." And he'd be the spy. But second chances don't always go just right. ...---... "Naruto has us. Sasuke has us. Kakashi has his partner. They all have someone to fall back to--when the turmoil of doubt and sorrow overwhelms them." She whispered as she turned away. She didn't care if her words were heard, she just needed to let it out. "But me--they don't understand...they can't understand..." "I will." ...---... Dream - Noun 夢 Definition: 1. a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person's mind during sleep. 2. an unrealistic or self-deluding fantasy. "It didn't happen, Sakura."
