It's hard to imagine that we would ever deny ourselves the permission to follow our dreams and to manifest a magnificent life, but we often do without even knowing it. Most of us can remember the hall passes or permission slips we had to ask for in order to leave our school classrooms, even for something as basic as using the bathroom. These were "the rules," and if we were good little children, we learned to obey them. We may have created another set of rules that we have internalized about who we are permitted to show up as in the world and which dreams for our lives we're allowed to fulfill. By bringing these internal rules into awareness, we can remove the barriers they have constructed that we often have to navigate around on the road to creating an extraordinary life.
