Deities {A Skyward Sword Story}

The war on the land dwellers was brutal, so much so that the Goddess tore a piece of the Earth containing the remaining peoples and brought them into the sky to launch an attack upon her enemies on the Surface. The carnage was horrific, even as she succeeded in sealing away the root of all evil in the Sealed Grounds.

Though the land below had been forgotten by Skyloft's inhabitants due to the cloud barrier barring their vision until all that remained of the War and the Surface were mere myth, many tend to forget a key factor and influence of the War between humanity and monsters. That very key happens to be the forgotten 'deity' who originally stood by Hylia's side for years until the emergence of evidence pointing to the Goddess being not as she seemed decades prior.

But how exactly did she happen upon these damning truths leading to the insurrection? For better - or for worse - we'll just have to wait and see. . .
