You're never as lost as you think. And not as alone as you might feel. So herd your cats and line your ducks, cuz there's something waiting out there for you.

Callie, Roman, Audrey, Steven and Huck are, buy society's standards, losers, freaks; and overall are a one way ticket to social suicide. Divided from the people who were supposed to care, these five kids find solidarity in each other.

And when they do, it's like someone set fire to a wasps nest with a lighter and a can of fabreeze. Are these new friendships strong enough to take the sting? Or will they end up just as alone as when they started?
