Shuichi Saihara, a secret cannibal causing most of the disappearances in his city. Though no one knows it's him, his classmates avoid him nonetheless, due to his unsettling personality. This becomes more of an issue as Kokichi enters his life, immediately grabbing his attention.
Kokichi Ouma, a new student at this school, unsuspecting there is a killer among his classmates. All he knows is the warnings about Shuichi Saihara. And most importantly, the warnings that Shuichi is stalking him.

A new kid has arrived at Hope's peak Academy his name is Shuichi Saihara a crazy yandere who falls in love with a short unpopular boy named Kokichi Ouma. As he stalked his beloved around Shuichi see kokichi get pushed, punched and thrown around multiple times in a day by Kaito and Rantaro, Shuichi decides to take matters into his own hands to protect his beloved from anything that hurts him or comes in the way of him and his beloved.
