     Sage had taught herself to never trust what she could not see. How could she, when the shadows of her past and her mother's unexplainable paranoia kept their lives shrouded in secrecy?

     For years, she forced herself to ignore the memories she could not understand. She convinced herself that there was no escape from the uncertainty.

     Everything changes the day after her mother's burial. A stranger arrives uninvited and brings a revelation that witches like her exist and that they belong to a hidden realm known as Ashburn. 

     Pieces of her past, the secrecy, and the strange feeling had always been missing had finally begin to fall into place. For once, Sage allows herself to believe that maybe, in this world of witches might offer clarity and a place where her uncertainties can finally rest.

     Yet even with the truth finally within reach, something darker begins to stir. 

     As the veil begins to lift, a long-buried truth rises from the depths. Its real meaning however, remains hidden, waiting for the moment it can reveal what Sage was never meant to forget.
