(Y/n) was supposed to die from illness. At least that is what Lucius, her boyfriend, told her when she woke up with no memories of who she was. He didn't tell her how she survived or how she found herself back home when she should have been at the hospital. He didn't say much, really. Just that he loved her and was glad she was alive. And when she woke up, there wasn't much (Y/n) knew about herself or her past. But one thing she was certain about was that some things in Lucius's explanations didn't add up. 

Javon is a new police detective hired to work on the disappearance of Margareth White, a young nurse who seemingly vanished into thin air without explanation. What originally looked like a pretty basic case suddenly turns several shades darker when Javon finds himself entangled with Lucius Bright, a scientist who just lost his girlfriend.
