As the sun set behind the mountains, Mia sat alone on her porch swing, reminiscing about her childhood. She couldn't help but feel a twinge of sadness as she thought about her mother, a woman who was obsessed with her own beauty and success. Growing up, Mia was constantly overshadowed by her mother's need for attention and validation. She was forced to attend events that didn't mean anything to her, all to maintain her mother's image. But as Mia got older, she realized that her mother's love was conditional, and she longed for a genuine connection. That's when she made the decision to break free from her narcissistic mother and create her own path, one that was filled with love and authenticity.

I hear her sniffle. "I... don't wanna go back." She whispered. I rubbed her back. "You don't have to if you don't want to I promise. You can stay as long as you want." I whispered back. ------ Blaine Jarome was known for the attitude and anger issues.
