Naruto was not born with kurama but her chakra Was spirit amoung his three sisters. His father tried to turn him and his sisters into weapons, but was stopped. His mother lived to raise him and his sisters. His sister's loved him and one day when he was defending his sister from a mob he discovered his kekkei genkai biology Release. This power allowed him to change his dna, body, and create and give any kekkei genkai he wanted. He could also change other people's bodies and dna. With this power he would bring peace to the ninja world.
