The Region of Aegeon is famously known for its 20 Islands, as well as special stones which contain the power of Cosmic Burst, Allowing any Pokémon to receive power of one of the 12 Zodiac Constellations. 

8 of the Island consist of the Gyms with Leaders to possess incredible power. And amidst the middle of the island are the 4 islands of the Elite Four of Aegeon, With their middle island to where the Champion reside. But that's not all. The other 7 Islands are bases for Team Abyss. A team of troublemakers that plan to take over the entire Aegeon Islands. 

One day, At one of the Gyms, The Electric-type Gym, Gets a sudden dilemma when the Leader and most strongest Gym Leader of all the Gym Islands, Old Man Boruto, Dissappear without a trace from the island of Voltsburg Town! 

Until three days later, A young man comes to the Island as a suspicious character. But when Team Abyss shows up to cause trouble, The man reveals himself to be Raizen, The new Gym Leader of the Voltburg Gym, And Old Man Boruto's Grandson! Now inheriting his grandfather's title, Raizen shakes up the island by going his own rules as a Gym Leader. As this sparks up some excitement to the other Islands and the Gym Leaders too.
