Things have settled down a bit in Academy City. The residents have been leading relatively normal lives for the past few weeks. The adults are back at work, the students at schools.
The same goes for the #1 of Academy City. He neither has work to do nor school to attend. He is just staying home, keeping an eye on the packet of storms that are the Misakas. Things have been pretty normal for him.
Except for the dreams he has been having for the past few days. Dreams about a Silver Key and some Gates.
Now, what has fate arranged for him this time, and what does the Silver Key and the Gates mean? Where do they take him? What lies ahead?

Academy city, the most technologically advance city in the world, and a place filled with espers, people with amazing abilities that are ranked from level 0 to level 5. But Academy city isn't the only place that has espers. The European Union has created there own esper training facility. It may not have many students, or even many that have abilities over level 3, but they do have a few level 5 of there own. There first rank is truly exceptional. His name is (Y/n) (L/n). A esper with the ability to control time. Because of his British origin, he's been given the nick name Time Lord. He's a 16 year old guy that looks like a 10 year old....... Meanwhile, the Board of Directors have taken an interest in Ben Tennyson after his success in defeating the Eigth Level 5 Impulser.. the Level 5 whose power was impossible to categorize.. and Aleister Crowley, the City administrator has taken up a rather sinister plan to find out how to test this new weapon in his arsenal... attract the most powerful conquerer in the Galaxy to do battle with that boy. Meanwhile, Ben is starting to realize the possibility that he might have feelings for Mikoto, but is scared of what it might mean... Introduction: The battle between the Three Great Factions ends in utter disaster. Or does it? Our heroes Accelerator, Dark Matter (Kakine Teitoku), and Railgun (Misaka Mikoto) find themselves in the Ninja World. Of course, not all is well for the unlucky trio. As you can imagine they are stuck and do not know how to return to their world. If only this were their only problem because the trio finds themselves in a slew of never ending troubles, but luckily they find a certain village hidden in the leaves.... Author's note: I do not own Naruto or the To Aru series. I only own the original plot of this story which may coincide with the plots of the other authors but will ultimately have its differences. I will consistently be editing the story and will throw out notes if I make any changes in past chapters that will affect the story progression. I love both these series, so this is my way of promoting them and having some fun with them at the same time. Although it is mostly just a writing exercise for myself so here goes nothing. If people want to comment and make notes on things I will consider accepting suggestions and give shout outs to people who help me along with the story.
