Deathbringer was hatched to be an assassin. Brutal and cunning, striking precisely and using stealth to his advantage. His mother, Quickstrike, never acted like a real mother but a mentor for Deathbringer. She taught him one thing, how to be real assassin for Queen Battlewinner.
At the age of four, Deathbringer finally gets to have his first mission that was outside of the island the NightWings reside, his first mission to serve his queen. How exciting! Or so his thought. When the mission didn't go as planned, it left Deathbringer into shock, only to realize his true purpose.
With help from Deathbringer's old friend, he strived to change the world.

The Darkest Days [A Wings Of Fire Fanfiction]
Nightfighter is a strange NightWing, he has light blue eyes and most importantly, the powers of the NightWings lost centuries ago. He has both mind reading and prophecy telling. He attends Jade Mountain Academy meeting Moonwatcher, another mind reader. He meets new friends, his winglet. He soon finds out about dark secrets along with his newly found friends. Death follows, with a great danger lurking above them. Will Nightfighter and his friends survive? Or will they die trying? If you haven't read the books yet, this might be a bit confusing because this takes place first in book six and takes some information from book 7. Most of this book was made before book 9: "Talons of Power" so I might get some stuff wrong. Wings Of Fire and it's characters does not belong to me but to Tui T. Sutherland, all rights are hers. The only characters I own are my characters in this story. Do not use any of my original characters (OC) for any of your uses without my permission. Cover art is by Sahel The Sandwing, all credit goes to her. There is the youtube video of her making this drawing in the prologue. But all goes wrong when he accidentally reveals his abilities, and his power-hungry family attempts to use Envy for their own bidding. Seeing the destruction of his family before him, once Envy escapes the claws of the NightWings, he tries to get the Gem of Tyranny before the seven tribes of Pyrrhia ultimately destroy him and each other for it.
