Pokémon: The Adventures of Mythos

"A long time ago, In the Region of Romilia, An Enchantress created a magical book known as the Mythos Chronicle, which contains otherworldly creatures like Pokémon. Called Mytharions. The Enchantress unleashed the Mytharions for a full scale attack on Romilia. As this battle didn't seem to end, a young hero in yellow stood up against the Enchantress, Where he brought forth Legendary Pokémon of other Regions to fight the creatures for him. All while this was going on, The hero managed to use the Mythos Chronicle against her and trap her inside while sending all the Mytharions back inside, Returning the peace to the Romilia Region. All at a price as the hero disappeared along with the Mythos Chronicle containing the Enchantress..."

And so the story of the Hero in Yellow goes in the Romilia Region, 1000 years have passed as Romilia has progressed greatly pass the hurdle, advancing civilizations to its modern form.

But one day, That all changes when the Mythos Chronicle returns to the wrong hands, Bring back the Mytharions!

Now, With the sudden return of the Hero in Yellow, It is his job to reclaim all 100 pages of the Mythos Chronicle capturing the Mytharions, in order to return peace to the Romilia Region. As he won't do it alone having new allies/friends along the way.
