in this story zenitzu hasn't left his house in 2 years after a tragic accident that resulted in the loss of his grandfather who had raised him. on his 25th birthday his friend who couldn't spend the day with him had ordered him a cake from a small business owned by the kamado siblings. when the cake is delivered zenitzus meets the most beautiful girl he has ever seen but he misses the chance to ask her for her name.
