Tyler a girl who has high functioning autism and is also diabetic has spent almost her entire life in foster care. Out of no where her and her twin brother Greyson are adopted at the age of 17 by a gay couple who happen to have eight other kids. She has never been interested in relationships and honestly doesn't quite understand them. They start at a new school and Greyson instantly makes friends with one of his new brothers friends. Tyler does like she always has and keeps away from making friends or love interests. But then over Thanksgiving break Tyler catches the eye of one of Greyson's new friends. James is about the definition of gentleman, he's a high-school football star who's going to go to law school to follow in his parents footsteps. He finds a liking to his new friends sister, with her brothers permission of course he takes her out on a date and it takes off from there. George doesn't have an easy home life, after noticing signs of possibly a muscle disease, his only wish is to get help for it, however his parents deny every word that is brought up about it. Out Of Control
George hasn't had an easy life after being diagnosed with autism. Going to a public school as an autistic, highly intelligent boy, he clearly notices the differences between his classmates and himself, giving him a lot of insecurity and shame about his own behaviour. As his escape, he goes to a bakery for hours a day to calm his mind, but things change when a new boy who moved is hired. Unexpectedly, and for the first time, George decides to open himself up to the new boy, Clay, while at the same time, Clay slowly starts falling for his new best friend, George. Mostly fluff with some angst every now and then! ⚠️ I wrote this book from my own experience and my own mindset, as someone with diagnosed autism, highly intelligent and ADHD. I DON'T think people with autism are childish or cute, I'm not projecting a stereotype. This is from my own struggles with autism at a public school without special needs.Complete

Clay had been closeted all his life and planned for it to remain that way. But, with having homophobic parents it was seemingly impossible to ever find the happiness he longed for. After being outed to the only people he now disliked the most, his parents react worse than expected and Clay falls into a pit of loneliness when he gets sent to conversion therapy to "turn him straight again". George had homophobic parents too and goes through the same. When times are at its worst somehow these two meet each other and now they are isolated from reality in the therapy school.
