"Now Itachi...you asked for it, so here it is at last." Sasuke proclaimed as the skies above roared with thunder, rain, and the young Uchiha's excitement from his dragon flames, getting what he believes will do the trick. "I'll make your death a reality." Sasuke made his way to top of the partially destroyed Uchiha hideout and looked down at his brother.
"This jutsu guides the lighting down from the heavens, all I have to do is merely direct its power right at you." His hands sparked as he summoned his, hopefully, final weapon and he raised his arm. "Come Kirin!" He commanded and the lighting from took shape in the form of a dragon, its eyes just as bloodthirsty for the intended prey as much as its master's. "Now, be gone with a thunder clap." Sasuke brought his hand down to his feet and the Kirin retreated back into the sky before powerful blast of lighting strikes the earth, the impact turning more of the hideout into more rubble.
Next thing the 16 year old found himself, still standing, but within the rubble, believing that he will find body of his estranged brother.
But that is not the case.

(Excerpt) "Itachi... you didn't, did you?" Miyako gasped out nervously, making Itachi let out a sob. "I suspected you were a Shinjitsu," Itachi replied and Miyako started to shake as she tried to push out of his arms, but he pulled her closer to him. "Please, Miyako-chan, just know I did it for a reason. Look after Sasuke, he'll need someone to watch out for him," Itachi begged. "Hisoka!" Miyako gasped out as realization hit her as the stray thought she had heard crossed the teens mind again. "No! Let go of me! Bastard! Let go of me!" she shouted, struggling to get out of his embrace. Itachi let the girl go, she hastily stepped back, eyes filled with tears, anger, confusion, and worst of all, hatred, as she looked at the boy in front of her. Itachi winced at the eyes, his heart clenching at the look she was giving him. "Miyako-chan, please," he whispered but she cut him off. "No! Just leave you murderer! Don't come near me or Sasuke again!" Miyako screamed before turning around and rushing away, leaving Itachi behind as tears dripped down his porcelain-coloured cheeks. Uchiha Brothers: A Naruto Uchiha Story (On Hold)
Loosely based on the "What if Naruto was an Uchiha" by Youtuber Nemogz. This my interpretation of the brotherly bond between Naruto and Sasuke as twins. Naruto, a descendant of Izuna Uchiha must deal with the burden of being a jinchuriki fortunately he has his brother Sasuke on his side as they deal with the death of their parents by at the hands of their brother Itachi. Both motivated by vengeance, they train hard to overcome the curse of hatred that plagues their whole clan, along the way they will face many opponents that threatened the peace of the village and form new bonds with as they both find answers what truly happened that night. Meanwhile, Itachi and Izumi struggles with their relationship as member of the Akatsuki as they pick up the missing pieces left by Shisui. Obito prepares his role as to become next Hokage, working hard alongside Sandaime to combat the growing threats surrounding the village. Witness the two Uchiha brothers as they become the greatest shinobi of all time.
