In this story, I take a look at the serial killer Mary Bell, whom at only just 11 years old committed two horrific murders of two toddlers in England. She had strangled them both to death.
Was Mary Bell born evil? or did she commit these crimes because of her horrific upbringing where she was psychically and sexually abused, as well as thrown out a second story window when she was just a baby.
