Mature
Lindsay was a 15 year old who was in Germany visiting her mother. Her mother moved away a few years back while Lindsay stayed with her dad in a separate country. She visited once a year for about a month during summer.

Lindsay and her mom were visiting her step grandparents a few hours south of Germany. Her and her mom called it the "vacation house" since it was a small community of tiny houses and Recreational vehicles all around a lake in the middle of the community.

As Lindsay and her mom were bringing in a few of their small bags she noticed a boy around her age group who she had never seen before. He was a few houses down, sitting and smoking a cigarette. His father came out and angrily snatched the cigarette out of his hand and put it out by pressing it on the bottom of his shoe. I watched as the boy got up and noticed how I was staring and watching the whole situation. We made brief eye contact before I hurried inside.
