When you buy the manga for Jujutsu Kaisen and happen to fall asleep while reading the first couple of chapters; you wake up in a new world. Now you have to figure out how to live in their world and fight your feelings about getting attached to your life in their world. Disclaimer: Reader will have cursed energy and is human. She will need to train to become a better sorcerer. I like character growth so this is going to be a slow burn. The Difference Between Us
For Context Jel x reader This story will based on a song by Sutopuri, Hikari Yume. It had a sad but ambiguous ending so for my creative brain here, I decided to make a story based on it and focus on the difference and lives between reader and Jel. For Storyline Before Hikari Yume was finished, let's just make a theory it was around July since it is Jel's birthday month and the story is fictional. - Reader cannot speak Japanese but understands it while Jel can speak English and can understand reader, he mixes Japanese and English as he speaks with the reader. - Jel is already working with Sutopuri making new songs and currently work in progress with a song dedicated to reader. Reader on the other hand is going through a lot of things such as people not really accepting with them being a couple and other things. I'll let the story tell you the rest but this is how it goes. The story begins with Yuji and Megumi spending the night together in Yuji's dorm, waking up unsure of what to do with their day. Their casual conversation takes a meaningful turn when they talk about their futures-what they would want to do if they weren't Jujutsu Sorcerers. Megumi encourages Yuji to think about it seriously, and later that night, as they watch the stars, their bond deepens. An accidental kiss catches them both off guard, leaving them confused yet curious about their feelings. The tension between them comes to a head when Megumi, after much internal conflict, visits Yuji's dorm to talk about what happened. Though he struggles with expressing himself, Yuji's patience allows him to open up, leading to a conversation where Megumi admits he didn't hate the kiss-and maybe, deep down, he didn't mind it at all. Finally, after spending another quiet moment alone, Yuji directly asks Megumi what he meant when he said he "didn't hate" the kiss. The moment escalates, and after hesitating, Megumi finally makes a choice-leaning in and kissing Yuji, fully and deliberately. It's tentative but real, and for the first time, neither of them second-guesses it. Now, with their feelings out in the open, they have to figure out what comes next. Do they keep moving forward?
