The advent of cybernetic technology has not been kind to 2400s America. While other countries have thrived, America has plummeted. The thin veneer of order and equality has been disposed of; the current rule of the land is survival of the richest. Everything is commercialized, be it gender identity, legal repercussions, or what cyber implants you have under your skin. Being able to survive in America as one of the countless many laborers is an art form.
And Reikas would dub himself an auteur.
Reikas is a young man with dreams and an ego large enough to fill in the gaps his inexperience leaves. He seeks to stake his claim in the one place The Man can not censor; public property graffiti. The climb to the top isn't the safest, however. As he ventures into the world, he must take a look at his friends and himself and ask:

Safe System
Bit has been on the streets of Night City since he was very young. Escaping from the Tyger Claws with his strange abilities, now he does his best to get by while dealing with intense chronic pain. With all the tech and augmentation, is anyone really surprised that humans aren't the only things kicking around? Elves, orcs, minotaurs, dragons, and more roam the streets of Night City alongside humans. Hybrids are common, but human hybrids are rare. This is thanks to the fact that humans are either incompatible or hyper compatible with other species. Meaning that when humans mate with someone from another species they either won't be able to have children, or the children will either be human or their other parent's species. So human hybrids are stupid rare.

Oh and yes there will be Furries... They kinda do Exist in Cyberpunk's world. I'm just pushing it to its extreme. You know as Fanfic's often do. Don't worry, I'm sure I'll put in humans somewhere. Though this will be a bit more serious story I'm sure we'll have some wacky elements too. With that out of the way, I do not own Saints Row or Cyberpunk 2077. Anything and art I do use belong to its repetitive owners. I will attempt to Credit the Artist and Source them When needed(Normally I use e621 because they have Sorce links 90% of the time). Typically this is when I have to edit down Pics. If I don't have to you guys can look up the Artist on whichever media I use(Again, Typically e621). You lot are Big Boy's and Gal's now. I don't need to link the Sorce I credit every single time. You are The Boss, The Playa, THE Leader of the Saints. You took back Stilwater after taking it from the Cold Dead Hands from its previous Owners that made a name for themselves after you got blown up. The Ronin, The Sons of Samadi, The Brotherhood(My Favorite for obvious reasons), and of course Ultor. All that needs to be done is to live the good life... But of course, that's not how this story goes now, is it?

This world is populated by people with extraordinary, supernatural abilities dubbed: Quirks. It's gotten to the point that now 80% of the world's population has a Quirk of their own. However, the 20% percent of people that are born without quirks are shoved into the sidelines and are rendered defenseless again those who'd wield their God-Given Gift for their own selfish ends. THAT's what this story is. New, Prodigal Students with those UNIMAGINABLY powerful quirks will be Attending. Twilight... --- Kageyama Kazuma is a 16 year old boy, aspiring to follow his late father's footsteps, and become a hero who saves people. But... Not all can go as planned, or wished, right? So was the case for Kazuma as well, as his quirk soon found itself being held accountable for Kazuma being coined the word "villain" by those around him, before he could even begin his journey to becoming a hero. His only light in this darkness being his mother, is willing to do whatever it takes to keep that smile she treasures so much to never leave the boy's face. But... Being a human at the end of the day, she can only do so much. Follow Kageyama through his journey to becoming one of the greatest heroes in the entirety of Japan. What awaits him on this journey? Friends? Love? Hardships? That's for you to find out. Everybody wants John to be something. His family wanted to marry him off to some rich guy. Isaac wants him to be a wizard. But John has run away from home, determined to follow his own dreams. And his dream is to be a private eye, just like in all the Raymond Chandler novels he read as a child. He can only hope that the detective skills he learned from those books are still relevant when it's 1996 and he's homeless in the big city... And then there's Tommy the Bouncer, Tommy the Butcher, Tommy the Terrible, who just wants to beat everything to a bloody pulp. These players and more all have their eyes on the prize: the Black Tape, the switch that if flicked may set off an age of no-death. Maybe.
