The advent of cybernetic technology has not been kind to 2400s America. While other countries have thrived, America has plummeted. The thin veneer of order and equality has been disposed of; the current rule of the land is survival of the richest. Everything is commercialized, be it gender identity, legal repercussions, or what cyber implants you have under your skin. Being able to survive in America as one of the countless many laborers is an art form.
And Reikas would dub himself an auteur.
Reikas is a young man with dreams and an ego large enough to fill in the gaps his inexperience leaves. He seeks to stake his claim in the one place The Man can not censor; public property graffiti. The climb to the top isn't the safest, however. As he ventures into the world, he must take a look at his friends and himself and ask:

It didn't take long for humanity to completely destroy the surface. It also didn't take long for them to build their underground world, but the sudden change of habitat caused several changes in the way humans function. It's hard to say who's human and who's a completely different creature; a consequence of their arrogance. In a world where 80% of the population has developed unique mutations in their genetic codes, giving them "superpowers", or "quirks", as they call it, it doesn't take long for fantasy and imagination to emerge out of the earth. And further, it doesn't take long for roles of "Heroes" and "Villains" to rise up as well. But... Who coins one as a "hero" or a "villain"...? The person themselves...? Or the people around them...? Light... Dark... Dusk... Dawn... Two sides of the same coin... Twilight... --- Kageyama Kazuma is a 16 year old boy, aspiring to follow his late father's footsteps, and become a hero who saves people. But... Not all can go as planned, or wished, right? So was the case for Kazuma as well, as his quirk soon found itself being held accountable for Kazuma being coined the word "villain" by those around him, before he could even begin his journey to becoming a hero. His only light in this darkness being his mother, is willing to do whatever it takes to keep that smile she treasures so much to never leave the boy's face. But... Being a human at the end of the day, she can only do so much. Follow Kageyama through his journey to becoming one of the greatest heroes in the entirety of Japan. What awaits him on this journey? Friends? Love? Hardships? That's for you to find out. This world is populated by people with extraordinary, supernatural abilities dubbed: Quirks. It's gotten to the point that now 80% of the world's population has a Quirk of their own. However, the 20% percent of people that are born without quirks are shoved into the sidelines and are rendered defenseless again those who'd wield their God-Given Gift for their own selfish ends. But thanks to that, fortunately enough, living in a superpowered society means that there are people who will rise in the defense of those who cannot protect themselves from such malefactors. And thus we live in a world of Heroes and Villains. And now, Heroes have become SO prolific, that young aspirants vye to become the Greatest hero of ALL TIME. Such is the dream of Izuku Midoriya and his fellow students at UA High School. But what if I told you, within the 80% of people with quirks, there was that 1% of people with quirks so, UNIMAGINABLY POWERFUL, they'd shake the world with their very existence. THAT's what this story is. New, Prodigal Students with those UNIMAGINABLY powerful quirks will be Attending. New plan: when he gets close, duck under his arms and make a run for it. Now I just have to wait. Before a minute has even passed, another armoured soldier appears and joins the first. This just keeps getting worse. How am I supposed to dodge past two of them? "What do you want now?" the new soldier grumbles. This one must be Alex. "Look at this cute little human I found. She's feisty. I think she's perfect for you." I glare at them. "I don't want a pet human. That's your disgusting fetish, and I'll have no part in it." "Oh come on Captain," the first soldier whines, "You don't have to fuck her, just train her to be obedient. Surely you can control one measly wild human? You are a captain after all. When you're done, you can just get rid of her, like I do with my humans." What the fuck? For a brief moment my fear is replaced by anger. Quirks, the evolutionary advancement of human evolution. The next step in human history to become better than what they were before but that was just hopeful wishing. Since the dawn of quirks, humans started losing their humanity. They valued quirks as if they are what determines where people stand in society and if you don't have a quirk you'd live a life full of torment, torture and just plain cruelty. A boy was born in a corrupted world and he was unfortunate enough to be born quirkless. He has seen the horrors of how humans treat the less fortunate, those who are quirkless, who have weak quirks, mutation quirks and quirks that are considered villainous. He wanted to change the outlook of how society became, so he planned on becoming something that could change the world. Bit has been on the streets of Night City since he was very young. Escaping from the Tyger Claws with his strange abilities, now he does his best to get by while dealing with intense chronic pain. With all the tech and augmentation, is anyone really surprised that humans aren't the only things kicking around? Elves, orcs, minotaurs, dragons, and more roam the streets of Night City alongside humans. Hybrids are common, but human hybrids are rare. This is thanks to the fact that humans are either incompatible or hyper compatible with other species. Meaning that when humans mate with someone from another species they either won't be able to have children, or the children will either be human or their other parent's species. So human hybrids are stupid rare.

Technology. A simple word, isn't it? Well... Not really. It can be anything. Your phones, your PC, or any other device you're using to read this description. BUT... It doesn't end there.
