Back in 2016, when they announced Thomas Gibson had been dismissed from the show, I wrote a script on how I would have Hotch leave the BAU. It's verrrry different than how they ended up writing him out (which I really liked, btw). Anyway, I just found it on an old thumb drive, so here it is!
