The Darkest Horse [WORK IN PROGRESS]

What would you do in a dead and life situation, most important, what if that situation put someone you loved in danger?

Being the last of your kind is not a good thing, it doesn't matter where you are from, you will face the same dangers as the others.
This story takes place in the year 2027, after a long war between the now abandoned USA and the Soviet Union (Yes they still existed in this universe). Earth was left in ruins after a mysterious pleage killed what lasted of the post-war civilizations.

But from death comes life, the pleage rebuilt the nature and life, creating new ones. In this world, humans are just a leyend, normally referred as the "Fault ones".

Animals, on the other side, mutated to become the new species that ruled the earth, some created new little civilizations on the post-pleage wasteland.

Our story follows a "Lost one" in the Greek wasteland, where a new religion was created, but that religion is better called a cult, as the ones that don't listen or believe will be killed or sacrificed, "The lost one" Is probably an enemy of the cult, as he escaped at a younge age from that place, being a fugitive of the cult.
