"You've got marshmello-" he cuts himself off, taking his thumb and swiping it across the right corner of my mouth. He then takes his finger to his mouth, licking it right off.

And the whole time, he kept eye contact.

Swallowing, I back away, turning around. I shake my head. "You can't do that."

"Why not?" he comes up behind me, whispering into my ear. "Explain it to me. Because if you can explain to me why I shouldn't, then I'll stop. But if not.."

"What?" I whirl around, eyebrows raised and annoyed at how he was playing with me. "What will you do, huh?"

"You really wanna know?" he asks, now raising his eyebrows. I nod, once and firm. His eyes darken, not as if he was closing himself off again, but something deeper. Something more fiery and urgent.

He comes even closer, if possible, his mouth almost touching mine. All it took was one more step.

"I'll kiss you fucking senseless, Maddy, that's what I'll do."
