Setting: Milwaukee, 1994

Plot:

In the year 1994, Dylan, a dedicated detective, moves to Milwaukee to investigate a company called Milwaukee Hetro Plants. During his stay, he meets two strangers who soon become his friends: Atilla, a worker at a nearby diner, and Eve, the owner of an album store across from the diner.

One evening, the trio witnesses a bizarre sighting of a radioactive lizard-like creature. They discover that Milwaukee has been experiencing abnormal snowfall since 1987. Intrigued and concerned, they decide to investigate the source of these strange occurrences.

As they delve deeper, they uncover a sinister plot orchestrated by Victor Hellens, the owner of Milwaukee Hetro Plants. Hellens is attempting to create a nuclear bomb with the intention of "rebranding" Milwaukee according to his twisted vision.

The trio learns that the continuous snowfall and the appearance of radioactive species are the results of Hellens' experiments. Determined to stop him, Dylan, Atilla, and Eve pool their resources and skills to thwart his plans. Their goal is to prevent the detonation of the nuclear bomb and save Milwaukee from a catastrophic fate.
