Aryan and Emily were nothing short of complicated. The pair were practically raised together in their quaint hometown and knew the ins and outs of each other maybe even more than themselves. As the years passed, romance entangled itself in their friendship but neither of them spoke it into existence almost like if they ignored it they wouldn't have to admit it. Everyone saw it but them.

Unfortunately time is the biggest thief there is and it didn't stop to spare their intricate relationship. Emily went off to the big city to pursue her dreams as a basketball athlete and Aryan was nothing short of proud but hurt. She was so easily left behind. Reality struck both her and the potential of their relationship working and as more time passed, the further the two grew apart until eventually everything came to a halt.
