Caoimhe Orlaith Serafa, a worldwide known and famous Doctor in Singapore. After staying at the singapore for 9, almost 10 years, she finally came back to her own home country. In the Philippines.

After coming back, she applied at the  Callifraya Hospital, a well known private Hospital located in the Laguna, Philippines, and was immediately accepted knowing her backround.

And there, at the hospital, she met Xzavier Nicolaj Coughler, a guy she once shared a past with. Seeing each other  after a long time, will the feelings and emotions they shared -and thought was already forgotten and gone- in the past come back and bring the spark they had before?
