Belle, a forensic scientist is set to investigate a murder case with limited resources where the victim's face is mutilated beyond measure. His ID card reveals who he is but surprisingly, his fingerprints and DNA does not match any in the system. 

When she meets a guy she falls head over heels with, her sanity is questioned when those around her claim he does not exist. 

Things take a turn when her non existent lover's DNA shows up in the system as the DNA of the murdered man but this might just be the start of a chaos for her as her job position is being threatened with claims of her insanity, a serial killer is on the loose and her life is at stake.
