This is a late summer story. And I'm not saying it because I first thought about it around that time but because our main character, Ren, a japanese boy from the countryside is having his most cringe, joyful, hard times around that beautiful time of the year. and it wasn't going to happen if a wrong boy didn't move in to the right place. In this book of mine, I tried to leave more space for things that mutter the most. Like friendship and childhood. But despite how sweet and dear these experiences are, they come with challenges and struggles. To know more about Ren and his new friend, Kahiro, read The Boy From Yesterday and follow them along!
