After kaylie's mom divorced Lucas, she and her mom head down to hometown Georgia. Kylie starts new at Fresnor high school. In her new year she reunites with her old friend Calvin and makes a new squad with the jock, computer geek, artist, and diva. Not to forget her theater teacher Mr.Clark. After more socializing Mr. Clark and Kaylie get closer. Trouble at home complicates their relationship, he just wants to protect her.
