Before I knew it my shirt was torn away from my torso and tossed on the floor, Charlie's doing the same. Our kiss intensified and I felt him groan against my lips. I swear to god, this boy is making out with me like his life depends on it! And that's when reality punched me in the gut... the words 'this boy' kept running through my head over and over again until it got through the thick fog of vodlka and whatever else was in those stupid drinks. I, Ace Loughty, was kissing a guy. A fucking guy. A fucking straight guy named Charlie Simmons who of course had to be one of the most popular dickheads in Meadow Ridge High. I am so unbelievably fucked. ----- 17 year old Ace Loughty was never one longing to be in the spotlight. In fact, he craved the exact opposite: being left alone. When Ace was 13, the tragic death of his younger sister Eleanor caused him to rapidly gain popularity and pitiful looks. He hated the attention. All of a sudden everyone wanted to be friends with the dead girls brother, they'd promise Ace he would never be alone that they would always be there for him, which he of course knew was untrue, they're all just hungry for attention. Sometime later the school moved onto other drama and gossip, things started to die down and people finally left Ace alone. He moved on with his life, convincing himself he was over Eleanor's death and as quick as the whole thing started, he returned to being lonely, weird, quiet nobody Ace. Just how he liked it. That is until 4 years later when he found himself sprawled out on a bed. With Charlie Simmons hovering over him. Charlie Simmons who was kissing Ace like he would die if he ever dared to stop. Which was all too true. Without kissing Ace, Charlie was as good as dead. *WARNING*: This story will contain themes of severe depression, suicide, abuse and somewhat graphic depiction of self harm. "What do you want?" I mentally roll my eyes. "Can I not talk to my favorite girl?" She smiles walking dangerously close to me. Standing up from my chair I decide to move away from her to put some distance between us. "No you cannot talk to me, not anymore at least." I say "Oh come on now, you always like being close and now you're moving away?" She teased while backing me up against my desk. Thinking back to earlier today, I would have let her get her way and kiss me, so what changed? "Fuck it, just kiss me one last time." I finally give in. ☽｡⋆ After having to leave her home town behind due to an accident with her best friend, Ada Ashley is scared to get close to anyone again. She had to leave behind her family and friends to start over, it's always scary but she knows she has to do this. She just hopes she can even make a single friend. Everyone in their right mind knows who Raya Thatcher is, rising punk rock star hard to miss her even when she's just walking down the street. Due to a security breach, Raya has to fire her manager and is on the hunt for someone who can live up to that job. What will happen when Raya and Ada meet in a bar? Will Raya finally be able to find a manager or maybe even more?

Until I Met Her
I was never the cool girl. Never the centre of attention. Hell, the first party I ever went to was because Kheli dragged me there when I was seventeen. Oh, Kheli... Kheli was my first love. My first everything. But once we finished high school, we parted ways. My plans were very clear: go to university, have fun, go to parties, maybe fool around at some point when missing Kheli got too much for me to handle. I don't know - the typical university life you see in movies. However, it was nothing like that. I was struggling to keep up with my assignments, my classes, all the drama, the parties, Kheli, the people, Pokémon Go - everything. I couldn't keep up with any of it. And then... Eleanor Williams did what she does best. She came out of nowhere and planted herself right in the middle of my world. And like a very fucking annoying tree, she set down roots and refused to move. And then I found myself - God, kill me now - enjoying being around Eleanor Williams. I found myself watering the fucking tree even when I knew it would only make the roots grow deeper, until there was no way of pulling it out. (Yes, sometimes I make very shitty metaphors. You'll get used to it.) But just because I was, much to my dismay, enjoying Eleanor Williams's company didn't mean she wanted me around.
