Tryster warns Melody to not draw attention to herself, and she tries to heed his words, but the robber manages to take her hostage. This story explores the idea of lost love and has brought people to tears.
Fearing the Fault:
Eve's brother recently died and the aftermath drove her to an attempt at suicide. In shock and dismay, her mother put her into a mental institute where she could be constantly watched. David, Eve's counselor, is determined to help Eve, but Eve is convinced she does not need help. Told from the perspective of Eve, Fearing the Fault sees into the mind of the "crazy" and explores the extent of what one will do from guilt, fear, and fault.
Faded:
Shawn is in the middle of a war and his soldiers are falling quickly. With only one left by his side, he goes back for an injured soldier before retreating to the helicopter. The ending of Faded will leave you wondering who lives and who dies and who you would save if you could.
Reflected Souls:
Cora and James return to their childhood home after their parents die. They wish to destroy the house and when they begin to tear it down themselves they are met with something they never expected. Reflected Souls will surprise you with character's past and their reactions. This short story deals with abuse, paranormal events, fear, death, and grief and will leave you wondering why and what will happen next.
Sacred Demons:
Embry has been locked in a cellar for weeks, but this isn't an ordinary kidnapping story. This story explores the idea that we all have evil in us, and it can come out any time.

The A Team: A Novella
I lost someone dear to me in the midst of the Heroin Epidemic hitting MA in the last 3 years that spurred me to write The A Team. It is a reference to Ed Sheeran's song. This story was my grieving process. Without it, I'd be in a maelstrom of emotions that I wouldn't know what to do with. Also, my favorite band, Fall Out Boy, has a physical copy of this story. I gave it to them this past summer at a Meet & Greet in Mansfield, MA for the Boys of Zummer tour. I'd probably bawl my eyes out if I ever hear that they read it, but I don't want to hold out too much hope. They are my second form of coping with anything, and their music gave me the drive to even write the novella. Here's the description: What does it mean to truly learn to love your life again? In a dystopian world, where the strongest prevails, having peace is a luxury. Especially when someone from the past is out to destroy everything we have built up over the past 15 years. And with Christmas approaching, our group get to face ten hellish days. Preview: In his fury, the chains have rubbed his wrists and neck raw, despite me trying to calm him down. He suddenly calms down when the screams in the cell next to us switch to the sound of bones breaking. Now he sits with foam on his lips and his eyes wide, looking that way. After ten minutes, the sounds of the boys in our cell have died down, and we all look at the wall that separates us from the crackling of the breaking bones. And then suddenly all is quiet. After a few silent minutes, our cell door opens slowly. From the ball of light from the ceiling, the little girl in the doorway is illuminated. She is completely covered in blood and doesn't move. Then she opens her eyes and carefully walks towards us. And despite everything, my first impulse is to crawl backwards, away from the unnatural calm radiating from her. ------------- After reading yet another great older brothers/younger sister story, where the family gets reunited after years of separation, the sister keeps the secret that she was abused and assaulted all along, and the brothers conceal their work in the mafia, I decided to give it also a try. The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes. Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy. And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive. I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc. Constructive criticism is welcome. Ow, and English is not my first, second or third language. So if I mess up somewhere, let me know!

"I can say with certainty, never here," he said, lowering his other hand under the waistband of her shorts, touching the top of her underwear. "No, you've definitely never felt that before. I can hear your heart racing, I can feel your breathing, I can smell your body responding like it's never experienced these sensations before," he whispered, sliding a finger just underneath the band. "Should I answer its call?" #1 in demons on 6/15 -6/17/20! Again on 6/20 and 6/22-6/23! Sweet and innocent Katherine has a routine and is a little tightly wound. She was simply trying to rehearse lines for an audition. Next thing she knows, she's reading out loud her Latin lines and suddenly someone appears, claiming to be a demon she summoned to kill someone for her. Turns out demons can be hot. And he's getting pissed off she won't give him a name so he can kill and go home. The problem is, pissed off turns into something else and before he knows it, he wants to take away some of that innocence and loosen her up, or better yet, tie her up make her his.
