This was an English assignment gone wrong... It turned out wonderful. As my first rhyming poem since I was seven, in my opinion it pretty good. Anyway, this is a short work about the loss of a close friend. Enjoy!!

We Go On
Almost everybody in the world has gone through some pretty tough times in their life. People have different ways of coping; whether it be seeking professional help, turning to friends and family, or they simply go on, living their lives under a constant cloud of darkness, hoping their light will shine again. But how does one cope when it's just one thing after the other, a neverending cycle. For Carter, it was exactly that, the obstacles just kept coming. She put on a brave face for everyone around her but soon learns that a brave face can only take her so far.Complete
