Fifteen year old Sage has just moved into a hotel with his father, when a viral outbreak considered to be a new strain of rabies sweeps the nation, with his and everyone else's lives taking a turn for the worst, sage must learn to leave the familiar safety of his old life behind and begin to adapt and survive to his new one. Though he's not the only one who has to do so, as everyone else must learn too. However, not everyone is planning to make it easy for each other.
