Gilbert Beilshmidt also worked for the same agency, and needed a project to save his career. The agency was working to destroy the enemies from the inside out, while Manhattan was being destroyed, Alfred, Arthur and Francis were all on a mission together to gather information while the city was under attack. An accident occurs, tearing an agent's heart, saving a man's career, and putting a Hero together with Veins and Wires. Holy crap I hope that didn't suck. How is America supposed to protect hundreds of people and himself against a storm that could kill people in a number of ways? And now a kid had moved him to become his caretaker. When Alfred became independent from England, France had muttered to him that he didn't know the pain of raising a child then losing it. But know, he assumes that he may just learn.
